Applications for services are taken over the telephone Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  Please note, if you are applying for services: 

- You must be a resident of the state of Oklahoma

- You must be a member of a federally recognized Tribe

- You must fall within our low-income eligibility guidelines.

OILS cannot assist individuals who are incarcerated.  OILS cannot represent applicants with criminal charges in state district court or federal court.
