Due to public health concerns, safety for our staff and clients, employees of Oklahoma Indian Legal Services (OILS) will be working remotely from home, until further notice. All calls to our office will be monitored and returned as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Applications for services are taken over the telephone Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Please note, if you are applying for services:
You must be a resident of the state of Oklahoma
You must be a member of a federally recognized Tribe
You must fall within our low-income eligibility guidelines.
OILS cannot assist individuals who are incarcerated. OILS cannot represent applicants with criminal charges in state district court or federal court.
