Yvonne Galey, Staff Attorney


Yvonne Galey has worked at OILS since 2006. She has practiced law in Oklahoma since 1992, and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Before working at OILS, she was in private practice in Norman, OKlahoma. Yvonne serves the tribes in the east-central area of Oklahoma. She can be contacted at galey@oilsonline.org.


Albert Ghezzi, Senior Staff Attorney


Albert Ghezzi has worked as a staff attorney at OILS since 2000. He has practiced law in Oklahoma since 1980, when he graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Before working at OILS, he served as a tribal court prosecutor and judge. Albert serves the western tribes of Oklahoma and is the phone outreach coordinator. Stephanie Hudson, Senior Staff Attorney


Stephanie Hudson has worked as an attorney at OILS since 2000. She graduated from the School of Law at Oklahoma City University in 1993. She previously worked at OILS in bookkeeping, and has also served as a coordinator for the Early Settlement Alternative Dispute Resolution program at Oklahoma City University. Stephanie represents the people in the mid-central region of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. She can be reached at hudson@oilsonline.org.


Niki Lindsey, Staff Attorney


Niki Lindsey has worked at the OILS Ada Office since 2002. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2001. She has spoken frequently on the issues of Domestic Violence and its effects on children and familes. Niki represents the people in southeastern Oklahoma. Josie Stanley, Staff Attorney


Josie Stanley graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2001. She began working at OILS in 2001. Josie represents the people in northeastern Oklahoma. She is a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. She can be reached at stanley@oilsonline.org.


Mark Widell, Tax Clinic Managing Attorney


Mark Widell is the managing attorney for the OILS Low Income Tax Clinic, which began in 2002. He provides tax and bankruptcy services to all qualified applicants, whether or not they are Indian. He graduated of the University of Kansas School of Law, then received a M.B.A. in 1990 and an L.L.M. in 1994 from the University of Denver. Mark  received the Robert M. Spires Award for Pro Bono Services from the Nebraska State Bar Association in 1999.  His email address is widell@oilsonline.org.


Norma Barnes, Administration


Norma Barnes joined OILS in 2008. She works as an administrative assistant to the attorneys and is in the Oklahoma City Office. She holds an associates degree in medical secretarial science from Oklahoma State University - Okmulgee, and an Business Education Certificate from Oklahoma State University - Durant. She is a member of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma.


Kendra Clements, Paralegal


Kendra Clements joined OILS in 2007 as a paralegal working in restricted land title research. She is student at Oklahoma City University. She intends to attend law school after her undergraduate education is complete. Kendra is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.


Carol Henderson, Paralegal


Carol Henderson is OILS’s intake specialist, working with applicants to make sure that the information necessary to review a case is sent to the attorneys. She is a graduate of City College in Norman, Oklahoma. Carol has worked at OILS since 2001.



Donna Hendrix, Administration


Donna Hendrix has worked at OILS since 2005. She works at the OILS Ada office in administration. She is a Cherokee and Delaware member.




Lisa Noley, Administration


Lisa Noley is an administrative assistant to the Executive Director of OILS and assists in the preparation of grant reports and applications. She is a member of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska.




Tammy Stoliby, Paralegal


Tammy Stoliby began working at OILS in 2002. She is an intake specialist, circuit rides to tribal courts for the pro se assistance program, and works on restricted land title research. She is a member of the Seminole, Creek and Winnebago Tribes.





Emma (Jaye) Watson-Patten, Paralegal


Jaye Watson-Patten began working at OILS in 2008. She is an intake specialist and works also in restricted land titles. She is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
